Natural Swimming Area's

The White Mountains are headwaters to 3 watershed's. The Saco river flows east to the Atlantic ocean in Maine. The Pemigewasset river flows south into the Atlantic ocean north of Boston. The Wild Ammonoosuc river flows west into the Connecticut river and down to long island sound. These rivers are wonderfully clean and refreshing in the summer. There are many swimming area's in the river that are refreshing on a hot summers day. There are also several lakes close by that offer swimming.

 White Mountains Ski Resorts

White mountains ski resorts have some of the largest vertical drops, the best scenery, and the easiest access of any eastern ski resort. In fact, Cannon Mountain is the only ski area east of the rockies that is located right on an interstate highway. In Fact, Cannon has 2 exits off of I 93. Our resort offers free daily shuttle service to Loon Mountain
